At last month’s Grand Opening, Stepping Stone officially—and literally—opened its doors.
Four of them, to be exact. Stepping Stone’s four new model homes welcomed their first visitors, who enjoyed a sunny, autumn day of discovering highly livable home designs. And fully decked-out interiors by local designers HRI and Ellis Hays Designs.
Part of Shea’s new Spaces Discovery collection, these energy efficient homes offer modern, flexible interiors that fit a wide range of lifestyles.
All of the models are two-story—with one ranch plan option. Two models are from the 3500/4000 series, priced from the upper $200s. One, Model 3507 offers 2,090 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Model 4006 is a good choice for growing families who could use 4-6 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Depending on your lifestyle, those extra bedrooms could easily turn into home offices, libraries, or hobby rooms.
Stepping Stone’s other two models are from the 5000 series, priced from the upper-$300s. The 5002 is an innovative home with 2,521 square feet and 3-5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a 3-car tandem garage. Carving out family time gets easy with a big kitchen that opens up to expansive living and dining areas. And upstairs there’s a space perfect for a secondary entertainment area, too.
The 5004 is a 3,110-square-foot home with 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a convenient upstairs laundry, and 3-car garage. This kitchen is also extremely well appointed and connected to dining and living spaces, but it additionally offers a large-walk in pantry.
