Indochine Cuisine
Offering both Thai and Vietnamese cuisine, Indochine has been voted one of Colorado’s top Asian-fusion restaurants for the past six years. Pad Thai, curries, Ginger Chilean Sea Bass—the menu runs the gamut and includes many gluten-free, soy-free, and vegan options. Owners Jeff and Yume launched their dream business 10 years ago and began bottling their much-loved sauces in 2009.

Warhorse Inn
Best known for its three-week aged, Colorado Sterling Silver steaks, the Warhorse Inn also offers a wide array of salads, sandwiches, burgers and Mexican food. A Parker favorite for 30 years, the restaurant is housed in a building dating back to 1916, that has served as a tack shop, feed store, gas station, and creamery.

Nomélie Cupcakes
Every morning, family-run Nomélie bakes its artisanal cupcakes from scratch in small batches. Ingredients include French chocolates, pure Madagascar vanilla, sweet cream butter, handmade caramel, fresh (often local) fruits, and imported chocolate sprinkles. Fruits of Our Spirit
Specializing in primitive home décor, Fruits of Our Spirit also carries a large selection of candles, wreaths, potpourri, clocks, furniture, linens, calendars, paper goods, inspirational gifts and more. They buy locally as much as possible and carry a line of handmade pottery from a local Parker artist, “Pottery by Chaucy.” Fruits of Our Spirit is located in the historic Rhode Island Hotel building.
