Every neighborhood worth its salt has one: A gathering place that draws people out of their homes. Attracts the like-minded through shared interests and activities. And creates that highly sought-after sense of community, one friendly interaction at a time.
At Stepping Stone, the Lantern House is just that place.
Opening this July, the Lantern House will invite residents to meet and mingle at the parties, club meetings, and fitness classes planned for the 3,000-square-foot clubhouse—complete with outdoor patio, fire pit, lounge, meeting rooms, kitchen and dining area that seats 75.
Adjacent to the clubhouse, a competition-sized pool (25 meters, 6 lanes) and splash pad is also guaranteed to pull in Stepping Stone residents of every age, whether for swim lessons and competitions, pool parties or just a casual afternoon of sunning and swimming with friends.
The playground provides another great place to socialize. For kids, there’s nothing like bonding while hanging from monkey bars. Or for parents, swapping babysitter names while watching the kids play.
Lots of beautiful green space surrounds it all, creating idyllic venues for community-wide gatherings like picnics, concerts, holiday parties and more.
Like the best of communities, Stepping Stone will have a heart. And a good one, too, thoughtfully designed to connect neighbors in ways that are easy, natural and enduring.
Yes, summer may feel a long way off. But…daydreaming about the pool parties you’ll throw in your new Stepping Stone home? There’s no better way to spend a wintry afternoon.
