So much to love in February.

There’s a lot more to February than Valentine’s Day (and we’re not just talking about Groundhog Day). Thankfully, we found plenty of delightful diversions to get you through this not-yet-spring stretch, especially if you live in Stepping Stone. Here are our sweetest suggestions for the month, whether you feel like venturing downtown or enjoying all that Parker has to offer.

Danny Elfman’s Music from the Films of Tim Burton
-Feb. 6, 7:30pm; Feb. 7, 2:30pm
Close your eyes and think of the movie scores of Batman, Nightmare Before Christmas, and Alice in Wonderland. Those haunting, magical themes embody the partnership of composer Danny Elfman and director Tim Burton. They’re also the focus of this performance by the Colorado Symphony Orchestra and Colorado Children’s Chorale, enhanced by visuals of Tim Burton’s original film sketches, drawings, and storyboards displayed on the big screen. Held at Boettcher Concert Hall. Tickets from $25-89. Learn more.
