At a grand opening bash last month, Richmond Homes introduced hundreds of visitors to two bright and shiny newcomers to Stepping Stone: Cynthia and Seth. The debut of these two model homes included lunch and a drawing for $250 Visa gift cards, but the main attraction was the models themselves—inspired home plans brand new to Colorado.
The Cynthia has 2,793 square feet and features a dramatic two-story entry, a quiet study and a butler’s pantry leading to a formal dining room. There’s also an open great room, a well-appointed kitchen with island and breakfast nook, and a convenient main-floor master suite with optional deluxe bath. Upstairs offers two large bedrooms and a roomy loft that can be converted to a fourth bedroom. A finished basement can add more bedrooms or living spaces.

Larger families may opt for the Seth plan, a 3,000-square-foot home featuring a spacious great room that flows into a nook and kitchen, an elegant dining room and a tucked-away study with a walk-in closet. Upstairs is a versatile loft, convenient laundry and four bedrooms—including a master suite with two walk-in closets and a private bath. All models are priced from the mid-$400s.
The grand opening may be over, but the good news is that these new models are now available for touring seven days a week. Learn more here or call 303-850-5760.
