And now for a bit of groundbreaking news. The earth movers are ready to start working on Stepping Stone™’s newest collection, Stonewalk by Shea Homes® Colorado.

Located in the Hummingbird neighborhood, this new collection includes five plans that take open-concept living to an exceptional level. Architecturally, these homes speak to homeowners with a taste for classic beauty, accented with modern, traditional, and farmhouse elements. Both two-story and ranch styles are available.

Two models, the Evergold and Dahlia, will open in late fall. The Dahlia is a two-story home with a main-floor master suite, making it ideal for empty nesters or parents who prefer a private retreat away from the kiddos. The Evergold is the collection’s largest plan. With 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, this spacious home offers striking living spaces on both levels. The main level includes a large kitchen with island, ample storage, and walk-in pantry; open dining area; bedroom with private bathroom; covered outdoor patio; and valet with bench and walk-in closet off one of the two 2-bay garages. One statement-making feature is a freestanding wall with fireplace that defines the great room and another multi-purpose room. The second level features four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, as well as a convenient laundry room and a loft for upstairs playtime or enjoying media together. Want more or different space?
