Stepping Stone is more than just a place to live — it’s a lifestyle. The Lantern House

Our 3,000 square-foot Lantern House is the beacon of the community for gatherings and celebrations. Here, neighbors mingle, connect, and build lifelong friendships. We are always holding events to give everyone an excuse to get out of the house and come be a part of their neighborhood.

Step outside the Lantern House, and you’ll find all kinds of ways to enjoy those 300 days of sunshine a year.

The Pool

When it comes to our pool, we have cool, crisp water for recharging or just relaxing. Bring a towel, a bottle of sunscreen, the kids, and a beverage or two, and settle in for a day of fun. Swim lessons are available and fun is always encouraged.

Parks

Stepping Stone’s parks are woven throughout our community and offer an ever-changing landscape of fun and relaxation. From large grassy areas to playgrounds to manicured gardens, you’ll get your chance to feel the green grass between your toes. Pack a picnic and head out with the family or round up a few friends for a game of frisbee.

Trails

More than seven miles of community trails connect Stepping Stone to the Douglas County Regional Trail System, providing a path for runners and bikers to get outside and pedal or hoof their way to a fun-filled day.

Once you become a Stepping Stone resident, you’ll have every opportunity to get outdoors, stretch your legs, and enjoy these many wonderful amenities.
