How Can You Reserve Your Spot?
We offer several time slots after regular business hours on weekdays starting at 6 pm. To begin the process, head to the scheduling page, enter your information, and select a day and time to tour. Once you’re confirmed for your chosen timeframe, you’ll receive an electronic code to unlock the front door of the model home.
An important note: Guests often want to tour all three models on the same night. To do so, please make three separate reservations and for a unique door code to each of the model homes currently available for tours at Stepping Stone.
What Does a UTour Look Like?
Because UTour is self-guided, guests can view the home without assistance from a team member. Should you have any questions about a particular floorplan or the differences between them, you can contact us after your visit. Arrive anytime during the hour-long time slot, unlock the door, and go through rooms at your own pace as you imagine life in a three-story Crescendo Collection home at Stepping Stone.
Which Models Can You Visit?
We are currently featuring three Crescendo Collection layouts for you to tour: Plans 2201, 2202, and 2205. Starting from the mid $500s, Plan 2201 boasts a charming front deck and open dining area to host gatherings. Looking for a dreamy work-from-home setup? Plan 2202 provides a flex space that is easily converted into an office, while a spacious kitchen and pantry make Plan 2205 ideal for passionate home chefs who live for family time spent cooking meals together.
UTour is a convenient new option for homebuyers interested in touring the new Crescendo Collection model homes on their own time.
